Do I need to download anything?

No. TorquePlan is a web app — it runs in any browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile. Engineers access it on their phones on site without installing anything.

What sectors does TorquePlan support?

TorquePlan supports gas and catering equipment engineers, refrigeration (F-Gas), HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general field service engineering. Each sector gets the relevant compliance fields and certificate types pre-configured.

What compliance certificates can TorquePlan generate?

TorquePlan can generate CP42, CP16, CP17, CP15 gas safety certificates, EICR electrical certificates, F-Gas records, and PAT testing certificates — all from the job record, with your company logo and Gas Safe number included.

How much does TorquePlan cost?

TorquePlan starts at £29/month for the Starter plan (up to 3 engineers) and £79/month for the Professional plan (1 to 5 engineers). Enterprise pricing is available for larger operations. Early access is available now.

Can engineers use TorquePlan on their phone?

Yes. TorquePlan is mobile-optimised and runs in any browser. Engineers access it through the browser on their phone — no app download required.

Is TorquePlan GDPR compliant?

Yes. TorquePlan is hosted on Supabase/AWS EU infrastructure with row-level data isolation. It is UK GDPR compliant. No card data is stored by TorquePlan — payments are handled securely by Stripe.
