Digital job sheets, compliance certificates, and a live manager dashboard — all in one mobile-ready app built for engineering businesses.
TorquePlan is a web-based field service management app designed for engineering companies that send engineers to site, generate compliance certificates, and need a clear picture of every job across their organisation.
Built for gas, electrical, refrigeration, and general field service businesses, TorquePlan replaces paper job sheets, scattered certificate files, and whiteboard schedules with a single, mobile-optimised platform that works on any device — no app download required.
Whether you are a sole trader doing five jobs a week or a contractor managing a team of twenty engineers across multiple sectors, TorquePlan gives you the tools to run your business cleanly, keep your compliance records straight, and get paid faster.
TorquePlan is built for field service engineering companies across the UK — from small independents to multi-engineer contractors. It works across:
TorquePlan is particularly suited to businesses where compliance certificates are a regular part of the job — CP42, CP16, EICR, CP17, F-Gas — and where getting those records right matters.
Engineers on clipboards, lost paperwork, illegible signatures. TorquePlan puts the job sheet on the engineer's phone — completed on site, saved instantly.
Compliance docs spread across emails, WhatsApp, and filing cabinets. TorquePlan generates compliant PDFs from the job record and stores them with full audit history.
The manager has no idea what's done or what's overdue. TorquePlan gives a live dashboard of every job and engineer across the organisation.
Jobs done, invoices days late. TorquePlan has a built-in quotes system — raise a quote on site and track it from Draft to Accepted.
Engineers create and complete job records on any device. Signatures captured on screen. Status updates in real time for managers.
CP42, CP16, EICR, F-Gas — compliant branded PDFs generated directly from the job record. Colour-coded compliance status throughout.
Live view of all jobs, engineers, and compliance status. Pending certificates flagged automatically. No more chasing for updates.
Build and send quotes with call-out charges, labour, parts, markup, and VAT. Track from Draft to Sent to Accepted.
Admin, Manager, Engineer — each with the right level of access. Invite engineers by email. No IT setup required.
Upload your logo, set your Gas Safe number and VAT details. They appear automatically on every certificate and quote.
Enter your company name, sector, Gas Safe number, and company details. Upload your logo. Takes less than five minutes.
Add engineers by email. They receive an invitation, set their password, and they're ready to go. No IT setup required.
Raise a job record, assign it to an engineer, and they complete it on site. Certificates are generated from the job record in seconds.
TorquePlan is designed to be self-serve — but if you'd prefer a guided walkthrough, request an onboarding call from within the app after sign-up.
TorquePlan is currently in beta with a planned public launch in August 2026. Early access is available now — register your interest and you'll be among the first organisations to get access.
TorquePlan uses a flat monthly subscription per organisation — one price, no per-seat fees that spike as your team grows. Full pricing is confirmed at launch.
A free trial is available at sign-up. No credit card required.
TorquePlan is built on Supabase (hosted on AWS EU infrastructure), with row-level security on all data tables. Your organisation's data is isolated from all other organisations on the platform. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. TorquePlan does not store card details.
Full details of how your data is used, stored, and protected are set out in the TorquePlan Privacy and Cookie Policy.
